The client are a market leading company who are global client. The client is looking to add to their existing team and increase their skill base.

As Customer Service Process Implementer (Telco) you will run large Service/Support centres, knows how to implement (and improve) service processes (eg, ticket logging, ticket resolution, knowledge management, dealing with employee turnover, etc.).

To be successful as Customer Service Process Implementer (Telco) you will possess the following skills/experience:
- Has run large Service/Support centers before,
- Knows how to implement (and improve) service processes (eg, ticket logging, ticket resolution, knowledge management, dealing with employee turnover, etc.).
- Fluent English speaker
