Customer Service Officers (Mining Equipment)

This company is a Global Fortune 500 Company and a World Leader in Construction and Mining Equipment.

They currently have an urgent requirement for experienced Customer Service Officers to join their team here in Brisbane to provide an outstanding level of service to their dealers & customers. We are looking for people who can start immediately.

This contract role which has a duration of 3 months. There are excellent working conditions with overtime available and training will be provided. This role is based in the CBD.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Answering inbound calls from Dealers & Customers.
- Inputting orders into the SAP system accurately & within a timely manner
- Monitoring orders through the system to ensure full delivery of parts.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Making decisions where required to ensure complete customer service to our Dealers & Customers.

To be successful in this role you will some or all of the following skills & experience:

- Outstanding customer service & relationship building abilities
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Experience working in a Logistics environment (spare parts experience well regarded)
- SAP & or Pronto experience
