Customer Service Officer - 6 Mth Contract - Orchard Hills

Our market leading Electronics and Systems client is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their existing team on an initial 6 month contract based in their Orchard Hills site. This contract requires someone who currently holds an NV-1 Security Clearance due to the high level of security required to be on-site!

In this role, you will be responsible for mainly providing a high level of customer service over the phone/email (60% of role) to various staff members as well as providing inventory control. You will be working on a highly secure system where you will navigate and upload information or provide information to various staff when required by utilising their database!

To be considered for this role, you will require to have the following background and experience:

- High level of customer service over the phone/email
- Strong level of computer literacy
- Currently hold a NV-1 Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Great data entry abilities
