Essential Skills:
.Excellent communicator skills and ability to deal with challenging customer problems
.Skilled in analysing complex payment information and experience explaining detailed calculations to customers and agents.
.Strong organisation skills, able to manage workloads within a challenging customer service call handling environment.
.Computer literate with experience and proficiency in working across multi screens and experience in using customer portals.
.Experience of producing management information reports
The ideal candidate will have previous Public Sector experience, and be familiar working in an Operational Delivery Environment.
