I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer to work within Housing on a temporary 2-3 month contract.
Hourly rate is between £8.00 and £9.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
1.To work as part of a team efficiently and effectively dealing with customer service requests and queries across the whole range of FM service and functions and providing key shared services, such as Room and Resource Booking.
2.Ensure effective delivery of the building repairs process outcomes.
3.Control and production of the requested travel and hotel accommodation documents in line with the Council Procedure.
They are looking for someone who has preferably worked in Housing before and someone who is available now.
