WORK IN A DYNAMIC AND CHANGING ENVIRONMENT - OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED INDIVIDUAL WITH BACKGROUND IN MANAGING CUSTOMER AND CLIENT EXPECTATIONS. YOU ARE EXPECTED TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT FRONT - LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEAL WITH ENQUIRIES FROM CLIENTS TO ENSURE A TIMELY, ACCURATE AND EFFECTIVE SERVICE ADDRESSING AND RESOLVING ENQUIRIES.

Skills and experience:

- Solid background in providing excellent Customer Service with a minimum of 2 years in a helpdesk/customer service desk environment
- You will have worked on KPI and SLA agreements with high call volumes
- Speed and accuracy in Data entry is essential
- Experience in managing high level of demand both of call volume and client expectations
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficient touch typing skills
- Experience with Active Directory/TRIM/SAP
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
