The client is a large ICT organisation based near Brussels. The Customer Service Manager (CSM) ensures effective pre and post-sales support, maximises margin and satisfies external customers in accordance with SLAs and contracts. The CSM is the single point of contact during the operational life cycle of customer projects and coordinates different departments. It is the duty of the CSM to put in place corrective plans and continuously improve services to meet and exceed expectations.

This is a role that involves interactions with different customers so the language stipulations are important. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills who can be assertive without being arrogant. Strong organisational skills and resource management skills are mandatory.
