Customer Service Manager - London - Interim

I am now recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to work with one of my clients in the Rail industry.

The Customer Service Manager will be supporting the Work Stream Lead to deliver a part of a franchise bid. You will be responsible for analysis and supporting strategy and will also be required to write elements of the bid.

Working as part of the wider team it is important that you are able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with your colleagues. Bidding is always a stressful and fast paced time so being able to take that on board and stay motivated and work proactively is crucial.

Although you will not be delivering a strategy it is important that you understand the strategy behind the bid and can give ideas on it. Having an understanding of how customer service effects a TOC and its NPS score will help with this and also having experience of franchise bidding previously will be a huge advantage.

Essentials:

- Experience of franchise bidding
- A background in Customer Experience within rail
- Excellent written English
- Strong analysis and supporting skills
- Self- motivated and proactive
