Working for an established organisation, the ideal candidate will be required to ensure that Customer & Partner queries are resolved and managed in appropriate manner. As the Customer Service Manager, you will endeavour to build positive relationships and ensure you are empathetic in each situation. You will utilise the appropriate established escalation route to facilitate the timely resolution of customer issues and escalations. Maintain a high levels of data quality and case management excellence. Prioritiseall correspondence sent will be received by Nina Kumar at Advantage Resourcing.
