Customer Service Manager/Cusotmer Performance Mangement

A fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Insurance business, leading a team of Customer Services colleagues to deliver service and support to customers as well as o ensure all activities remain compliant with policy, legislation and risk appetite

Key duties:

Conducting 121's
Leading a team of 10 plus
Driving performances - both individually and as a team
Responsible for training and development - following a set framework
Leading as opposing to managing the team

Skill sets:

Team leadership experience ideally from a finance admin background and not retail
Able to lead a team of over 10
Able to manage performance and drive activity
Analytical and organised
Financial background would be a beneficial not essential
Able to demonstrate dealing with difficult situations with compassion
Resilient
Able to performance managed
Identify training needs
