Customer Service Manager - Europe, Africa and Middle East An Independant Oilfield Service Company specialising in downhole applications are looking for a Global Service Manager. Job Role Develop and implement a global customer service strategy. Manage, guide and develop operations and inside sales on a global level. Analyse customer development strategy and feedback to senior level. Develop client growth opportunities. Requirements Technical/Engineering experience in oilfield equipment. Understanding of downhole tools. Excellent business development and account management skills. Ability to work under minimum supervision. Demonstrate experience managing teams in an oilfield company. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with good people skills willing to carry out local and foreign travel as the business requires. This is a staff position based in Aberdeen and will be paying between £70 - £85K.
