Projektbeschreibung

Customer Service/Helpdesk based in Oxford (OX3) - required processing and coordination of appropriate and timely responses to incident reports. As a Customer Service/Helpdesk you will receive and handle requests for support by providing information to enable problem resolution and maintain appropriate records.

PERSON SPEC - CUSTOMER SERVICE/HELPDESK

- A university degree - Or equivalent experience
- Customer service experience
- Good typing skills
- Well-spoken and conversational
- Technically minded

EXPERIENCE - CUSTOMER SERVICE/HELPDESK

- Previous experience as an Administrator, Customer Service Advisor or Complaints Handler would be desirable.
