Exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to work within a modern call centre environment. To expand experience and skills within a customer service role.
Job Role:
Working within a high volume inbound customer service call centre, receiving calls from the general public regarding medical enquires.
Person Spec:
Previous Customer Service experience.
Previous call centre/telephone work experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential issues
Must be computer literate
Must be fully flexible.
Must be immediately available
Shifts:
16-40 hours a week (shifts of 4-10 hrs)
Shifts will include days, evenings, nights and weekends (BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY).
Rate:
Training rate £6.20 per hour (TRAINING IS 5 WEEKS AND WILL BE FULL TIME HOURS, MONDAY TO FRIDAY 0800 - 1600 or 1600 - 0000)
£7.70 per hour standard work rate, enhanced rate of £9.70 between between 11pm -7am and all day Sunday.
