Customer Service German

Currently I am looking for an eager candidate who is fluent German and English (near native) and would like to work for an international company. You will be part of the Customer Service department and work close together with (Key) Account Managers.

Job:
In this job as customer service representative you will have a variety of work. Next to being the point of contact for the international clients you will also be working on order management and busy with coordinating processes. Due to your excellent communication skills you are able to build long term relationships with your clients.

Tasks:

- Coordinate processes
- Order Management
- First point of contact for clients
- Communicate between different departments (sales/logistics)
- Create Customers Accounts in SAP
- Order Processing

Wanted:

- Bachelor degree
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service
- (near) native German
- Good in English and Dutch
- SAP and excel is a plus
- Pro active
- Communicative

Given:

- International Company
- Possibilities to grow within the company
- Salary €2500 - €2800 gross per month
- 25 days of holiday
- At first work in Den Bosch; beginning 2016 an office in Amsterdam
