Customer Service Executive (Reading)- 6 Month FTC

Projektbeschreibung

Role Responsibilities:

*Deliver a high level of service to all customers

*Investigate and resolve customer issues in line with business and departmental guidelines

*Negotiate settlements with customers over the telephone and in writing

*Support colleagues, team and managers to achieve objectives and targets

*Manage work lists and tasks effectively to ensure customer expectations are always met

Experience and Personal Attributes Required:

*Educated to GCSE level

*Experience in a collections and/or billings role

*Customer service experience, ideally in a call centre environment

*Excellent telephone manner

*Knowledge of Microsoft packages

In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate proof of eligibility to work in the UK and hold a valid work visa if applicable.

Salary: £19000 - £20000 per annum + holiday. Date posted: 26/03/2013
