Customer Service Executive - Prudential

The roles will be based in Bereavements which will require helping loved ones and executors arrange for customers annuities to be closed after our customer has passed away and set up widow payments if required. Our focus is to deliver great Customer Service and excellent standards of work. The day to day will require work to be processed with high level of written communication and some outbound calls to chase up outstanding information.

Experience

*Excellent telephone skills/admin/data entry skills
*Strong customer service experience
*Call Handling/writing Customer Letters

Skills and knowledge

*Candidates with strong admin/data entry skills
*Articulate and able to provide examples at interview
*Willing and enthusiastic
*Experience of dealing with customers verbally and in writing

Assessments followed by interviews will be held on the 26th of January so must be available then.
