Working in a dynamic team, you will be reporting into the Customer Service Manager, assisting with all customer related queries including sales queries and order processing.
OTHER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Answering telephone queries positively and effectively through effective communication
- Maintain and increase the database of contacts
- Acknowledge and process customer orders
- Monitor all orders to ensure they are processed and shipped on time
- Advise customers of any shipping delays
- Provide general administration support to the sales and technical department
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a previous Customer Service/Account Management role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of order processing
- Ambitious and motivated to succeed - this client is looking for people who want to develop their career in the future
- Good IT skills (however full CRM training will be provided)
