A large insurance company based in Reading are looking to employ 7 Customer Service Executives to work in their bereavement department.

* Recent graduates and candidates with a couple of years admin or customer service experience will be considered..*

The CSE roles are within the bereavements department. The role will involve helping loved ones and executors to arrange for customers annuities to be closed once they have passed away and would also involve setting up widow payments if required. The main focus of the position is to deliver great Customer Service and excellent standards of work.

The day to day will require work to be processed with high level of written communication and some outbound calls to chase up outstanding information.

Successful applicants will complete a 30 minute on-line assessment and then attend an assessment day which will be approximately 3 hours long. The session will involve a group exercise and a 30 minute face to face interview with the managers.
