Customer Service Executive - Chadderton - 12 month contract - £10.10 per hour

Our client, a Global manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Executive to be based in Chadderton on an initial 12 month contract.

Job Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain effective, long-term business relationships with key customer contacts at all levels
*Receive and interpret customer requirements accurately, plan with operations and commercial management in order to meet the customers service, quality and delivery requirements
*Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting and/or changing customer requirements
*Ensure customer orders are processed and delivered within the required timeframe
*Ensure customer reporting requirements are presented accurately and on time
*Ensure operations receive accurate, detailed job instructions relative to every stage of the manufacturing process
*Establish and monitor agreed timelines for the production of all products within the Customer product portfolio
*Ensure all customer satisfaction issues are dealt with in a timely and effective manner, liaise with the Quality and Operational teams to ensure issues are dealt with in line with company procedures and within the required target time
*Ensure that all necessary materials are ordered in the correct quantities to meet planned production schedules
*Maintain regular and effective contact with the Key Account Manager
*Maintain records of number ranges and ensure that complete and accurate instructions are detailed within job instructions and any other associated documentation
*Obtain sign off for the customer on any agreed proofs
*Attend Customer meetings as and when required
*Attend project, sales, planning and operational meetings as an when required

Required Skills/Experience:
*Good communication skills - verbal & written, able to explain financial information
*The job includes a high level of computer use and so experience Microsoft office products essential particularly excel and word is essential. Experience of bespoke web ordering and internal management systems (PRISM) preferred but not essential .
*Print experience required, print buying experience a bonus.
