Customer Service Executive

This role aims to improve our customers experience and resolve customer dissatisfaction. The successor will be expected to implement a complaint handling ethos that balances with our business needs.

Role Responsibilities:

◦Respond to and initiate communication with internal and external customers, providing a courteous and professional service at all times

◦Own internal and external customers' issues to ensure requirements are delivered within agreed timescales and to specification

◦Verify the quality and accuracy of customers' advertising at all opportunities

◦Proactively identify and implement recommendations to improve processes

◦Ensure that the customer always leaves happy whilst also meeting business requirements

Salary: £19000 - £20000 per annum + bonus+bens. Date posted: 30/05/2013
