As Customer Service Delivery Manager you act as the point of contact for our customers and guide them across the entire life cycle of a project. You ensure the solution is delivered according to the agreed SLAs and take action to improve our services if necessary.

This role requires considerable organisational competencies and first-rate communications skills, towards both customers and colleagues. Reporting skills are highly important and the ability to identify new opportunities for revenue is essential.
