Customer Service (Contract) - Bracknell

My client is looking for a Customer Service Agent responsible for providing Service support to customers, answering and dealing with all incoming queries from customers, and providing support for Service Managers and Heads of Service as required.

You will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:
* To be available to receive and deal with customer enquiries during core business hours.
* Record and track all customer queries on our systems and competently use them to resolve customer issues.
* To act as a first point of reference for providing information or guidance in order to resolve a request or find the right person in our business.
* Assist in the resolution process for outstanding queries by facilitating and monitoring escalation routes for customers through internal departments.
* To manage complex customer queries requiring information from other departments until completion and keeping customers informed at all times.
* Resolve all customer queries ensuring the customer needs are met or exceeded.
* Produce Service and complaint reports to a high quality appropriate for Director level.

My client is looking for someone with:
* Interpersonal Skills with the ability to interrelate effectively with customers and suppliers
* Experience of dealing with customers over various forms of communication (telephone/Email/Ticketing systems)
* Ability to manage and prioritise business priorities.
