MY DUTIES:
- We are looking for someone able to respond directly to customers who call or write to our client in French and English
- You will answer the main questions about invoices and find solutions for customers who need help to honor their invoices
- You will be responsible for decisions regarding payment arrangements or requests for deadlines
- You will also need to have skills in advising and selling our client products and services
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
- French and English (C1 level minimum) with excellent spelling and grammar knowledges
- Well-founded experience in a similar field
- Strong sales orientation
- Good technical knowledge.
- Flexibility, Team player, Solution oriented, MS Office and TEAMS knowledge
