A leading provider of IT communication services, is currently looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Hatfield

The role involves logging multiple engineer work-requests onto the in-house job management system and tracking each request through to completion. You will be constantly liaising with both internal and external contacts, ensuring you are giving both excellent customer service and satisfaction by ensuring efficient and regular updates are shared.

Previous scheduling or planner experience would be advantageous but is not essential. You will be confident using different IT systems, with proven experience in the MS suite in particular Microsoft Excel as spreadsheet maintenance forms a large part of your day.
Naturally you will have the great listening skills and be able to multi task to be able to manage a demanding workload in this fast paced and Service Level orientated role.
