The Customer Solutions Centre Manager will hold accountability for the services that will be delivered from the Solutions Centre and ensure these are delivered according to the processes and standards established. The Centre Manager has key responsibility for delivering services specified by the client in their SLA and will use technical expertise to utilise tools and technologies to advance the delivery of services. The Centre manager will also operationally oversee the new business/projects acquire by the team which are required in year.
The Centre Manager will be responsible for the successful implementation of robust systems and processes to deliver services of high quality that meet/exceed the key performance indicators of the Service level agreements with client.
The ideal candidate will have experience of the above with NHS positions advantageous. You will be able to manage people at different levels and will be comfortable recording and documenting whilst changes go on around you.
