JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot Clients VSAT/Networks and follow through to conclusion/escalation as per Incident Management Process.
- Utilize HCC Incident Management Tool (Footprints) to log and update reported faults from clients.
- Liaise with Clients on a regular basis to investigate faults and ensure faults are rectified or escalated accordingly
- Liaise with Operations & Field engineers
- Utilize various NMS tools
- Attend Internal and External Training Courses
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Satellite Communications experience
- Stabilized/fixed VSAT experience
- Cisco/Networking skills
- Shows Initiative, Team player
- Must be customer focused
- Hands-on Problem Solver
