We are looking for target driven, enthusiastic individuals to join our expanding Customer Services Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody with a passion for customer service looking to stay with an inbound call centre.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Taking inbound calls from customers.
Logging customer requests and details on system
Sending out information packs to customers address once logged.
Answer the maximum number of calls possible within 3 rings
Handle any complaint in line with company policy and escalate complaints to the Customer Services Manager as promptly as possible maintain
Quality service relationships with a customer or client
