The Customer Service duties and tasks are:
- High volume of daily calls from customers
- Providing excellent customer service and critical thinking
Qualifications:
- Proficient in typing
- Experience with general computer functions (typing, email, Internet, etc)
- Team Player attitude that can still excel on their own as an individual.
- Outgoing, pleasant personality
- Comfortable on the phones
