- You answer the phone calls that come in to our helpdesk.
- You remain at all times professional, friendly and controlled.
- You both focus on quality, quantity and processing. You provide an individual contribution to improving the average overall results of your team and your department depending on your skills and knowledge and the complexity of the assigned work.
- After a run-in period, you are able to complex applications and escalations to handle.
- You analyze the needs of the customer and handed him an appropriate solution, taking into account the procedures and interests.
- You follow the execution of the orders on order schedules and timers to respect and keep the customer informed.
- You are able to make decisions and complaints or conflicts.
- You ensure the improvement of IT processes and tools, reports examples of problems with the call center and proposes solutions.
- You will work closely with other customer care teams.
- You shall ensure that the orders/escalations/complaints from customers correctly and friendly manner are processed and that appropriate actions are taken.
- You escalates as appropriate to other services so that orders are delivered on time and the external and internal timers KPIs respected.
- Evolving to a Customer Care expertise 'in the specific Carrier & Wholesale is an obvious environment for your daily tasks to a successful conclusion. This varies from the 'first time right' handling of complex cases such complaints and escalations to finishing repetitive tasks. Proper documentation in our various applications is also your responsibility.
- You corrects lists, handles complaints and escalations from customers (OLOs) with always the most efficient solution as feedback to those customers and the sales manager.
- You detect any anomalies in the Methods and Procedures for the respective officers.
- You focus on quality, quantity and processing. You provide an individual contribution to improving the average overall results of your team and your department depending on your skills and knowledge and the complexity of the assigned work.
