Customer Service Associate

Hudson is currently seeking talented individuals with a passion for providing superb customer care to assist our client during a peak period in their business. Based in central Edinburgh their site is conveniently located next to all city centre public transport links.

Working within a vibrant and rewarding environment you will be provided with the tools and training to deliver an exceptional level of support to customers via multiple communication channels which will include phone, email and online messenger.

The main purpose of this role is to work closely with your colleagues across the company network to resolve customer queries in a timely, knowledgeable and friendly manner ensuring that you are applying the appropriate course of action in order to achieve a positive outcome specific to each individuals needs.

To be considered for this position you will be able to demonstrate the following: - - Experience of working within a customer service environment or you are able to demonstrate a strong understanding on how to deliver exceptional customer service
- The ability to work with attention to detail at all times
- The ability to plan, organise and manage your own workload effectively
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- The ability to adapt and display versatility within a fast paced and changeable environment
- Excellent problem solving and information gathering skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in the use multiple IT systems and Web browsers

We are keen to speak to candidates that will be able to commit to working 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rotational shift basis and that are also able to work throughout the Christmas and New Year period as required.

In addition to the above, candidates will be offered subject to the completion of satisfactory pre employment screening checks which will include employment referencing and a criminal records check.
