Customer Service and Business improvement Manager - 6-12 Month contract, Wokingham

Customer Service Manager with Business improvement experience required to provide management for the customer service team and improve the customers experience through analysing feedback and improving processes.

You will have

- Experience within customer services at a Managerial level
- The ability to manage a diverse range of personalities within a medium sized team
- The ability to develop and motivate people
- Experience of process improvement or working with Six sigma, lean or process
- Experience within medical or healthcare industry or supply change and logistics environment would be preferred
