An exciting opportunity has arisen for a (LOW LEVEL) 1st line Service Desk/Customer Service Support Officer to work for an organisation based in Trowse, Norwich.
This is a contract position.
The client requires someone with great communication skills -great customer service - who is PC literate and willing to learn. This will be first steps for them into a IT helpdesk role.
Role will be general Telephone duties, reception, password resets, accurate call logging skills.
