Customer Service Agent/Service Delivery Agent

A leading facilities management company is looking for Customer Service Agents to work within their busy National Service Centre in Redditch. The Customer Service Agent's job will be to provide a first point of contact for the customer, collating and recording relevant details of requests and make sure incidents are dealt with within agreed service levels.

The Customer Service Agent will be customer focused, possess excellent communication skills and be able to professionally deal with request and complaints. They will also have excellent planning and organisational skills.

Demonstrable experience in a Customer Service role within a call centre environment is essential, as well as experience in using Microsoft Office applications.
