My client is looking to hire x4 Customer Service Agents to join their existing team in Maastricht for a 6 months contract (likely to extend for 6 more months) to be responsible for administrator's tasks, with predefined goals for internal and external customers working for a Global mobile operator.
Main Responsibilities:
*Provide service via phone and handle online requests from internal and external customers, according predefined procedures.
*Provide efficient, task oriented and customer friendly service
*Interest in telecommunication and following market trends around related new products and services
*Experience with Number Portability, Retention and Acquisition processes.
*Pro-active to improve customer experiences, employee involvement and increase business value
*Team player and to handle customer information in high advance software systems.
*Handle task according predefined procedures and conditions
Languages: Dutch and English
Required Technical Skills:
*At least MBO+ level.
*Experiences with computer systems, including standard software (like: word, excel, outlook) and Internet.
*Experiences phone customer services
*Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
*Excellent administration skills
