We are currently hiring for German Fluent Customer Service Agents to provide telephone based service and support to our customer's clientele.

You will work for a large services organisation based in Luton, taking inbound calls surrounding customer queries, feedback and complaints with a view to leaving them completely satisfied with your service.

You will work a 7.5 hour working day, in line with the local German time zone.

Due to having to support largely German native speakers, applicants must be able to speak, read and write fluently in German.
