CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

CONTRACT - 3 MONTHS INITIALLY

£9 PER HOUR

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT required to work with a WORLD-LEADING PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY on a contract basis.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Customer service background
- Experience within shipping - order picking and allocating using computerised systems, managing customer orders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- DEMAND MANAGEMENT
- Receive and review all product forecasts
- Ensure that customer data is accurate and up to date
- Ensure that pack changes and pack introductions are managed within the scope of supply
- ORDER MANAGEMENT
- Receive all customer orders and site sourced orders
- CUSTOMER LIAISON
- Negotiate any significant changes in Service Level Agreement with customer
- Be the focal point of all customer queries and liaise internally as necessary
- BUSINESS SUPPORT
- Provide all customer service data to the site to support the order fulfilment process
- Provide relevant KPI's to site and corporate as required
- COMPLIANCE & BUSINESS CONTROLS
- Ensure that all activities are cGMP compliant
- Work in line with and contribute to site HSE policies
