Our client is looking for a strong customer service agent. The successful person will support different teams making sure they are following the correct procedures laid out for them and have the help from different support ares they require. The role will include administrative tasks such as raising/checking purchase orders, and tracking of issues via Excel & e-mail
The person should have good written and spoken word (including polite phone manner).

The person needs to be:

- Computer literate with basic MS knowledge (Excel, Word etc).
- Have good analytical skills/Problem solving (and ability to help find root causes of issues).
- Capable of working independently (weekend working etc).
- Capability to be customer facing
- Able to work as part of a team.
