CONTACT CONSULTANTS NEEDED - FULL AND PART TIME

INTERVIEWS TAKING PLACE ON WEDNESDAY 15TH JULY.

T his is an exciting time to join the Contact team as we have a number of new opportunities both Full Time and Part Time where we are looking to enhance candidates in the following areas of project work, analytical work, business improvement, outbound calls and issue resolutions. We want our next Customer Team Champions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- First point of contact for all new contacts looking to join the armed forces
- Being part of a successful team, increasing their knowledge of the contact world through social media, business improvements, complaint management and issue resolution
- You will be working as part of a team, of civilian and military personnel, dedicated to providing a warm, positive, and knowledgeable first impression of the Army.
- Give an excellent impression of the Army and the RPP
- Qualify candidate needs
- Create candidate record (where appropriate) and enter data accurately
- Complete initial eligibility screening
- Provide advice and guidance to candidates and gate keepers
- Ensure enquiry is progressed in line with RPP policy

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Strong customer service experience - able to build rapport and communicate effectively
- Committed to self-motivation and self-development
- IT Literate
