Our client is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their outsourcing contact centre team based in Forres on a full-time, rotational shift basis until January 2016. We are looking for confident communicators who are results-focused with a commitment to going the extra mile for customers. You will thrive on providing exceptional customer service both on the phone and online, offering help and support to customers that will make their day.
