We are recruiting for a number of positions at our offices in Wavertree Technology Park, with start dates in January.

What you'll give our customers as a Customer Service Advisor - Premier
Our Wavertree contact centre provides the full portfolio of Barclays products to our customers. Here you'll take inbound calls from our Premier customers, you'll provide the seamless telephone service we're renowned for - all with that special personal touch through your focus on customer service

What you'll need as a Customer Service Advisor - Premier
A natural on the telephone, you'll be capable of quickly building rapport and trust and ideally you'll have put your skills into practice in a customer-focused environment. You'll quickly identify customers' needs, making referrals to product specialists where needed.

Your Hours
We are recruiting full-time roles working 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. You will be working on a 7 hour rotational shift between 7.00 am to 11 pm across Monday to Sunday.
