Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Glasgow
Flexibility: Part-Time (17 hour p/w), Shift Work
Hours: 3 evenings per week- 5.45pm - 9.00pm, Saturdays - 7 hour shift (up to 11pm)
Salary:  £14,287 OTE £1,200 bonus (Pro Rata)

As a Customer Service Advisor you'll be the first point of telephone contact for our customers, and that will involve a lot more than just answering questions. As a Customer Service Advisor your skills and qualifications will include:

Excellent listening and communication skills
A high level of motivation
Previous experience in a customer service role
A flexible approach
Strong team working skills
As you'll be working in a regulated environment, a high level of numeracy and computer literacy are also essential.

Training
We have 2 training academies starting on 15th June and 29th June - your training period will be dependent on which intake you start on. We will have 1 intake that will require commitment to 4 weeks full-time training or alternatively we can offer 7 weeks part time evening training programme which would require you to be in training Monday to Thursday 5:45pm to 9:00pm & Saturday 9am to 5pm (total 20 hours per week for 7 weeks).
