Projektbeschreibung
The Role:
* Deliver effective, efficient and compliant telephone based customer service.
* Work with contact centre colleagues in order to maximise customer satisfaction.
* Ensure that customers receive an exceptional service by addressing customer solutions and transactional processing requirements in accordance with set procedures.
* Meet individual customer needs and achieve allocated goals by providing a range of products to customers and ensuring cases fit within lending criteria.
* Achieve the best possible outcome for the customer by managing customer queries, technical queries, complaints and feedback effectively in line with regulation, Barclays policy and best practice.
* Enable the delivery of consistently high standards of seamless customer service.
Requirements:
* This office opening hours are between 08:00/21:00 shifts will be Monday/Friday 5pm/9.00pm Every Saturday 4 hours Training periods will be in the shift times for 18 days (20 hours per week)
* Relevant experience in a call centre environment or customer facing role.
* A good understanding of policy, risks and regulations and their potential impact
* Exceptional Interpersonal skills
* Exceptional verbal communication skills
* Exceptions customer service handling skills
* Customer Service Standards
