Customer Service Advisor

Salary starting from £18,530.00 per annum plus excellent benefits

We have opportunities in this role in Northwich, Gadbrook Park, CW9 7RB.

A role at the heart of our new customer experience
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in our Gadbrook Park Contact Centre team. We'll look to you to act as a first point of contact for our customers, promoting a positive impression by identifying their needs and advising on what works best for them. This is a great opportunity to build a customer service career, where you'll have the support and training you need to go further.

What you'll give our customers as a Customer Service Advisor
You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering a world-class service, by advising new businesses that aren't ready to see a Business Manager. It's all about putting our customers first, building real relationships, and going above and beyond, by giving them services tailored to their unique business requirements. You'll also build a detailed knowledge of our products and processes, and contribute to our environment of mutual support, by sharing your understanding of best practice, and creating simple solutions to potential issues.

What you'll need as a Customer Service Advisor
