A leading investment bank is looking to recruit within their Customer Service team. You will be responsible for introducing clients onto their trading platform and offering a high level of customer service.
The customer services team oversees and is responsible for the end-to-end process of introducing a client, from the initial request through to the client's first login. The position is a Full time role based in London, UK.
Key tasks include:
- Processing Client requests in a time efficient manner.
- Following procedures on a per business area basis.
- Carrying out checks to ensure a Client meets the specified criteria.
- Record and monitor different stages of the process using excel, sharepoint and email communications.
- Working closely with fellow members of the tem to ensure daily tasks and outstanding requests are processed effectively.
- Working with Sales teams and Product Managers throughout the introduction process.
- Working with Clients and their Technology teams.
- Making proactive calls to Clients to ensure their experience is of the highest level
- Owning the resolution of client issues from the initial report through to resolution
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a Client/Customer service role is preferred.

- Team player with positive approach and 'can-do' attitude
