Joining Capita as a Case Handler is a fantastic opportunity to put your investigative skills to the test.

We'll give you all the training you need, providing you're IT literate with strong customer service skills and the ability to think on your feet, or if you're someone with proven experience in financial services, although this is not essential.

The role involves managing cases for our customers who are seeking a refund or compensation from our clients (household names in financial services).

You'll investigate and assess each case on its merits. Then once you've weighed up the evidence, you'll produce clear reports that explain your conclusions.
