The role

The role will involve investigating policy sales and to assess whether it was a suitable product for each individual case. You will be required to provide a high standard of customer service on individual cases, in line with relevant product, procedural and regulatory requirements.

You will either be degree educated or have equivalent experience in a customer service/administration within the financial services or regulated industry.
