Full Time - £14363.51 based on 37.5 hours

The Customer Services Advisor role requires a strong, confident communicator who is results focused and has a strong commitment to our client's products or service. You'll thrive on providing an exceptional customer service and your aim will be to provide an experience that customers will want to go away and share with their friends.

Our full induction training programme will help to enhance your existing skills as well as provide you with the tools and confidence to be successful within this role of Customer Sales Advisors.

The Customer Services Advisor role is based in the heart of the ever popular Leeds City Centre, our site, Hepworth House is located on Claypit Lane, opposite the new Leeds Arena and just a short walk from a number of bars, restaurants and prestigious shopping venues. Our site is close to a number of travel networks including:

* Frequent bus services, situated near Kirkgate Market
* Leeds train station, located City Square
* M62 and M1 - with the A1/M1 link. There are also a great number of car parks strategically placed at convenient locations throughout Leeds.
