We're looking for skilled individuals to work as part of a Care & Logistics Support team in a busy call centre environment to enhance customer experience and protect costs to the business, whilst providing a service to our customers inside and outside of the Business.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Excellent customer service at all times, operating within company guidelines and constraints within the Care and Logistics area.
* Answering all general queries by email tasks or calls promptly and efficiently.
* Confident with inputting customer data as required, fulfilling all customer requests and providing an audit trail of any action taken.
* Maintain set targets, action and fulfil all customer requests within the required SLA's.
* To participate actively in the work of the department, working with colleagues to achieve goals.
* Be confident in the use of appropriate operating systems, policies and procedures.
* Achieve and maintain quality standard KPI in all work completed.
* Responsibility and having the knowledge to satisfy customer's needs on first contact resolution.
* Consideration for customer's unique circumstances and takes responsibility to arrive at a solution that satisfies the customer.
* Awareness of cost to serve the customer at all times.
* To action and fulfil all customer requests within the given SLA's
