Enquiry Centre Agents - 4 month fixed term contract
£14,500 plus benefits pro rata
Join us on a Fixed Term Contract as an Enquiry Centre Agent to support the Personal Independence Payment Service (PIP) in Central England and Wales from our Belfast Hub in Belfast at Beacon House, Clarendon Dock, Belfast
You will be joining Capita at a really exciting time… Our growing team are part of a professional, respectful and empathetic service focusing on supporting the PIP claimant through their application process.
Advisors will demonstrate:
* Strong customer services experience
* Great communication skills
* Good keyboard/computer skill as updating as you talk will be imperative
* Ability to consistently give excellent customer service
* Ability to handle any complaint calls calmly and methodically
* Show respect to callers at all times
* Be adaptable to change
