We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our 24/7 Careline Team on an initial 9 month Fixed Term Contract

Working 5 days per week on a 24/7 rota you will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of queries from customers, and residents via telephone, email and written correspondence as well as through social media channels including Facebook and Twitter.

You will be responding to a broad range of queries across the full spectrum of Sovereign Housing's services covering everything from tenancy enquiries to property repairs and maintenance.

You will occasionally be 'on call' during some of your shifts and the need to make property visits is required from time to time so drivers licence is essential.

Candidates will have excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner with previous experience within Customer Services/Contact Centre based role. Experience or knowledge of using social media is highly advantageous.

You will also have a high level of IT literacy, self motivation and problem solving skills with the ability to work well in a dynamic team based environment.

Candidates will also have a minimum of 4 GSCE grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Math.

Shifts will range from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am on rotating shift pattern (5 days on, 3 days off)
